About Our Partners
Cornerstone CRE Holdings was founded by Rich McIver, a seasoned entrepreneur and operator with over 20 years of experience building successful businesses from the ground up. Throughout his career, Rich has co-founded and led six ventures to seven- and eight-figure exits across industries including financial services, technology, and professional services—bringing a founder’s mindset and a long-term view to every investment.
At Cornerstone, Rich applies that same strategic lens to the world of retail commercial real estate—focusing on undervalued neighborhood assets with untapped potential. His approach emphasizes long-term value creation through hands-on management, tenant-focused improvements, and a deep understanding of the local communities served by each property.
Rich holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. He lives in Houston, Texas with his wife Holly and their four children, and is actively involved in his church, youth ministry, and prison reintegration programs.
